Exploring "Trust" SB Aerial

You are invited to join the Communal Table this February 24th in collaboration with Santa Barbara Centre for Aerial Dance.  Together we will curate a unique event exploring our relationships and sensations of "Trust" as experienced through the mind/body connection evoked by aerial dance. We will be expertly led by Ninette Paloma through a gentle floor to aerial dance class.  The physical, mental and heart components of "trust" will take center stage as we explore the beautiful mind body connection that dance and particularly aerial dance evokes. We will welcome the sensations in our bodies, minds and hearts as we connect "Trust" to dance. All female ages, stages and bodies are welcome to participate in this gentle and introductory aerial dance experience. After we take flight we will sit down to a beautiful and nourishing supper as we create a conversation centered on our experiences, past and present surrounding "trust."
