About the event

You are invited to join the Commuanl Table Santa Barbara and special guest Emma Jean Rollin Moore, co-founder Women's Heritage, a back to roots living brand and Heritage Goods and Supply, a curated country store to learn all about gut health and the process of lacto-fermentation. Seasonality and veggie inspired fermentation will be discussed as well as a hands on workshop with each guest creating and going home with their own pint size of fermented veggies to enjoy.

After our Workshop we will sit down together to a cozy and seasonally inspired supper and create a conversation centered on "Adapting to Change and Growth."
