About the event

You are invited to join the Communal Table Santa Barbara and special guest Emma Jean Rollin Moore, co founder Women's Heritage a back to roots living brand and Heritage Goods and Supply, a curated country store to learn about gut health and the process of lacto fermentation. Seasonality and veggie inspired fermentation will be discussed as well as a hands on workshop with each guest creating and going home with their own pint size of fermneted veggies to enjoy. 

After our workshop we will sit down together to a cozy and seasonally inspired supper and create a conversation centered on "Adapting to Growth and Change."

Space is limited to this intimate event and all guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend.
